USIC Starweek 2023 Package Design
Every August, USIC sends a package of appreciation to every technician for their hard work. As the graphic designer working at the corporate headquarters, I was given the exciting opportunity to design the 2023 box with full creative freedom. To achieve the effect I wanted, I used my iPad to create hand-drawn elements that I then finalized using Adobe Illustrator on a MacBook Pro.
Inspiration
When I was given creative freedom over this project, I decided I wanted to try something fun yet challenging for me artistically. Pulling illustrative inspiration from The Simpsons show, I wanted to create a scene that appears as though all of the utilities of “Springfield” have been marked by USIC technicians.
